HOW TO FIND US
We’re located at a top secret location in Hackney Wick, London. You’ll receive specific location details closer to the date of your experience once you’ve booked your tickets.
You’ll find us located in the pink radius below, less than a 10 minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground station, and less than a 15 minute walk from Westfield Stratford and Stratford Underground station.

How much are tickets?Standard tickets are £30 per person. VIP Package tickets are £60 per person, which include: standard admission, a merch bundle, show programme, cast-signed poster and an exclusive photo opportunity within the experience.

Where can I purchase tickets?Tickets can only be purchased online at DEATHCELL.co.uk. Tickets may be available to purchase on the door, but this is not guaranteed. Booking online and in advance is highly recommended.

How can I pay for my tickets?You can currently purchase your tickets using a debit or credit card, or via Apple and Google Pay.

Is there an age requirement?DEATHCELL: MAGENTA is recommended for ages 15+ due to the use of strong language and scenes of horror, threat and violence. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a full paying adult.

Can I purchase my ticket at the event?Tickets may be available to purchase on the door, but this is not guaranteed. Booking online and in advance is highly recommended.

Do you offer tickets for carers?If you require a carer, please contact DEATHCELL@rspaceproductions.co.uk where a member of our team will be happy to assist.

Can I make a group booking?If you would like to make a group booking larger than 8 people, you can either book individual time slots or get in touch with us using DEATHCELL@rspaceproductions.co.uk where a member of the team can assist.

What is the policy for refunds, exchanges and rescheduling?All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the exception of if we need to cancel or amend your experience. We may be able to transfer your tickets to a new date or time and this may be subject to additional costs as all of our dates and times are priced individually. Please contact DEATHCELL@rspaceproductions.co.uk if you have any questions. You can find further information on our ticket policy in our terms and conditions.

Do I need to print my ticket?You won’t need to print your ticket. We would advise you to have your booking confirmation handy when you arrive for your time slot. You can also add your tickets to your Apple Wallet.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?If you’re unable to find your ticket, please contact DEATHCELL@rspaceproductions.co.uk with the booking name, date and time and we’ll be able to resend your booking confirmation.

Will I need to sign a waiver?Yes, all participants will be required to sign a waiver which will be emailed to the lead booker in the weeks leading up to your booking. The waiver must be shared with and signed by all participants in your group in order to take part in the experience.

Where is the experience located?DEATHCELL: MAGENTA takes place in a secret location in Hackney Wick, London. However, we can confirm that the venue is only a 10 minute walk from Hackney Wick station which can be accessed via the Overground line (soon to be the Mildmay line later this year). Alternatively, the venue is roughly a 15 minute walk from Westfield Stratford via Stratford underground station which houses the Elizabeth Line, Central, Overground and DLR alongside national rail services. Parking is also available at Westfield Stratford, details of which can be found here: https://www.westfield.com/united-kingdom/stratfordcity/access Further details on how to get there will be provided to you closer to the date of your experience.

What time do I need to arrive?Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your chosen time slot, and no earlier 20 minutes prior. Due to the location of the experience, there is no designated waiting area available to accommodate guests that arrive earlier than 20 minutes before your experience.

What happens if I arrive late?Unfortunately we cannot admit latecomers due to the nature of how the experience operates.. We may be able to accommodate latecomers into an alternative time slot if there is availability but this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate you, please note that refunds and exchanges will not be offered as per our terms and conditions.

What should I wear?We would strongly recommend wearing clothing that you’re comfortable in as there may be some physical elements to the experience. We kindly ask that you do not wear costumes or masks/face coverings (With the exception of facial coverings for religious or medical reasons).

What should I bring and what should I leave at home?We kindly ask that you only bring necessary items with you. All belongings, including your mobile phone, must be locked away during the experience and we have a small, secure storage area for these items.

Is there anywhere to store belongings?Bags and bulky items are not permitted in the experience and we would recommend that you only bring what’s necessary. We will have a small, secure area where we can safely store limited belongings.

Will there be food and drinks to purchase?Unfortunately there will not be any food or drinks available to purchase at the venue. However, we are located close by to various local shops, restaurants and bars.

Are there toilets at the venue?Yes, we do have toilets available but please note that these are located upstairs. There is a lift available in the venue, but this is subject to availability on the day.

Is there merchandise I can purchase?Yes, there will be a range of merchandise available to purchase after your experience.

What is the experience?DEATHCELL: MAGENTA is an adrenaline-fuelled origin story, taking you on an immersive journey as you discover where it all began, and witness the unsettling rise of DEATHCELL. This 60-minute, live-action scare-fest is a wild and thrilling experience, combining theatrical cinema, time-pressured puzzle solving and impossible decisions. Prepare to unlock the truth behind the torture as you meet Magenta, a twisted-tinkerer of trials where survival is the only option. Betrayal, deception and unprecedented choices lie ahead… are you ready to push play?

Are there any content warnings I should be aware of?Throughout the experience you will witness scenes of horror, threat and violence plus the use of strong language. For this reason, the experience is recommended for ages 14+ and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a full paying adult. There will also be dark spaces, loud noises, flashing lights, smoke and blood as well as dark areas and spaces that are small and confined.

How long does it last?The full experience will last approximately 60 minutes.

Is it scary?Scare-level will differ from person to person depending on what actually scares you. But, the experience is designed to have frightening elements that will have you screaming with pure terror (or joy?)

Can I take photos or record the experience?Photos and videos of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the experience and all mobile phones must be locked away at the start of the experience.

Will there be strobe lights, smoke and other effects?Yes, the experience will contain a variety of effects including flashing lights, smoke effects, loud noises and more.

Will I be split up from my group?To keep the experience a secret, we can neither confirm nor deny that you will be split from your group. If you’re not comfortable with the idea of being alone, we would not recommend booking.

Will I be touched during the experience?There may be elements of the experience where the characters you meet may guide you or move you around the experience. However, you will not be grabbed, pulled or thrown around in any way.

Will I be filmed during the experience?Due to the theatrically cinematic nature of the experience, you will be filmed throughout the entire duration of your experience. More details on this will be revealed in the future…

How accessible is the experience?Unfortunately, due to the nature of the attraction design, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact the team at DEATHCELL@rspaceproductions.co.uk where we will be happy to discuss further details.

How physical is the experience?You will be on your feet for the majority of the experience and there will be elements where you are required to enter small and confined spaces at various heights. If you are unable to crawl, climb or run we would strongly advise that you do not book.

Are services dogs permitted?Due to the immersive nature of the experience, and the combination of loud noises, flashing lights, smoke and other effects, we are unable to accommodate service dogs.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?We would strongly advise that expectant mothers do not take part as there are dark areas and spaces that are small and confined.
